The cost of registration for the CLE seminars varies depending on the various programs. The registration fee includes:

Accreditation

The Faculty has approved advanced standing be granted on completion of certain approved Masters Courses for MCLE attendance. Accordingly, provided appropriate assessment is satisfactorily completed, participants can gain four units of unspecified credit for each approved Masters as CLE course completed towards the LLM, MLM or Grad. Dip.Law. The credit is equivalent to one half of one subject.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Withdrawal after this time and before the commencement of the course will result in a cancellation charge of $100. Cancellations after the commencement of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

CLE Points

NSW solicitors who find any of our program relevant to their immediate or long term needs in relation to their professional development and practice of law, may claim MCLE units for their participation in the courses. One unit can be claimed for each hour of attendance, excluding refreshment and lunch breaks. Click here for more information.

The Director of Continuing Legal Education retains the right to vary the program to deal with unforeseen circumstances. This includes cancelling or re-scheduling a program and changing speakers or content if occasion obliges us to do so.
